Cliff is our Operations Manager and has been with the company since this office opened its doors in 2010. He manages the day-to-day operations of all of our technicians here along with many other things. Cliff has IICRC Certifications for WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), Lead Renovation and has passed all four ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories, which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration.
Sam B.
Sam is our Business Development Manager and has been with the company since April of 2014. He is involved with the management of fire jobs that come in along with handling the company's social media presence and updating the company's website as needed. Sam has IICRC Certifications for WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and has passed all four of the ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration.
Kayla L.
Kayla is our Office Manager and has been with the company since November 2014. She works with our office team to perform all administrative activities and ensures that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. Kayla aids in the development and implementation of an annual office administration plan and budget to automate and improve office productivity. She also manages and improves customer satisfaction including the resolution of any customer inquiries.
Tracy R.
Tracy is part of our accounting department and has been with the company since September 2015. She administers and performs all aspects of accounting and reporting while also assisting to ensure that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. Being heavily involved in the accounting operations of the entire company, her tasks include budget production, financial reports, and inventory management along with being compliant with all generally accepted accounting practices.
Vince T.
Vince is one of our Crew Chiefs and has been with SERVPRO since 2013. He has IICRC Certifications for WRT (Water Restoration Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and also has passed all four of the ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration. Vince performs on-site production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup, and is continuously developing his production expertise when it comes to services, cleaning products, and equipment to be used. He also completes appropriate documentations and provides excellent customer service to all of our clients.
Stacy M.
Stacy is our Lead Fire & Cleaning Crew Chief and has been with the company since March 2012. She runs all of our cleaning, pack outs, and contents inventory on properties that have experienced fire or smoke damage and on any general cleaning jobs as needed. Stacy has passed all four of the ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories, which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration.
Peter H.
Peter is one of our Senior Production Technicians and has been with the company since November 2014. He has IICRC Certification for WRT (Water Restoration Technician). Peter performs on-site production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup, and is continuously developing his production expertise when it comes to services, cleaning products, and equipment to be used. He also completes appropriate documentations and provides excellent customer service to all of our clients.

Chris H.
Chris is one of our Sales and Marketing Representatives and has been with the company since 2015. He has passed all four of the ECTP (Employee Certification Training Program) categories which include Crew/Customer Service, Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Carpet & Upholstery Restoration. When Chris is needed, he also assists with on-site production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup. You can see him out and about in Bloomington, Richfield and all of the surrounding areas!
