Condemned House in Lakeville, MN

This house was condemned by the City of Lakeville. An elderly woman resided in the home alone after the death of her husband. She was unable to dispose of anything in the home and the trash piled up. After her death, the home sat vacant for several years. This allowed mold and other biohazard matters to grow. A new buyer contracted with us to dispose of everything in the house, strip it to the framing and seal everything in. The customer was thrilled with our work and now has a fully redecorated beautiful home.
